Product Storage
Lyophilized peptides should be stored at -20°C or below until reconstitution. Once reconstituted, follow the storage guidelines on your product COA.
Reconstitution
Most peptides require reconstitution with bacteriostatic water (BAC Water) before use in research settings. Refer to the product documentation for recommended volumes and concentrations.
Shipping
Orders are processed after cryptocurrency payment confirmation. Delivery times vary by location. Contact us on Threema for shipping inquiries.
Refunds
Due to the nature of research chemicals, all sales are final once an order has been processed. Contact us on Threema within 24 hours if you experience a technical issue with your order.
Adding Products (Admin)
Products are currently managed via the Supabase dashboard. A protected /admin section is planned — see src/app/admin/README.md for the planned structure.
