All orders are shipped via Express Post anywhere in Australia, with one exception: orders to Western Australia and the Northern Territory are shipped via Standard Post until further notice, due to a higher risk of seizure on express services to those states.

If you're in WA or NT and would still prefer express shipping, just write "express" in the "Order notes / questions" box at checkout.

We dispatch Monday to Thursday. Orders placed Monday to Wednesday go out the next day. Orders placed Thursday through Sunday are dispatched on Monday.

Holding those orders is deliberate — a parcel lodged just before the weekend sits in the postal system without moving, so we send them first thing Monday instead. Your products spend less time in transit, not more.

Shipping is a flat rate of $20.00 AUD, added automatically at checkout — you'll see it itemised before you pay.

Yes. Every order is shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no reference to the contents or to War Born.

We accept payment in Bitcoin through BTCPay. At checkout you're taken to a secure invoice page showing the exact amount to pay, and your order is confirmed as soon as payment is received. It's secure and discreet: the payment comes from your wallet, not your identity — no account or card details ever touch our site.

1. You'll need a bitcoin wallet app on your phone with funds in it — for example Muun or BlueWallet. Any wallet that can send a standard on-chain bitcoin payment works.
2. At checkout, after confirming your order, you'll be taken to a secure BTCPay invoice page showing the exact amount and a QR code.
3. Open your wallet app and either scan the QR code, or copy the payment address from the invoice page and paste it into your wallet.
4. Confirm the payment in your wallet. The invoice page updates automatically once your payment is detected — keep it open until it shows the payment has been received.
5. Once payment is confirmed, your order goes straight to our team for processing and you'll receive a confirmation email.

A quick tip before you start: the invoice is only valid for a limited time, so have your wallet ready before you check out. If the invoice expires, just return to your cart and check out again.

No. There are no accounts, profiles, or passwords. Every order is placed as a guest, and we ask only for what is needed to ship it — a delivery address and an email address for your receipt — and nothing more.

Personal details — your name, delivery address, and any note on your order — are automatically removed from our order system 30 days after your order is completed. Only non-identifying records are kept for bookkeeping: order number, items, totals, and dates. Our backups are encrypted, so your details remain protected in our own records as well.
