Every review here was submitted through a link that exists in exactly one place — the shipping email of a real, paid order. Each link works once. Nobody, including a competitor, can post here without buying first. We publish real customer feedback, including complaints. We answer them and resolve them to the best of our ability.

“edited” — trimmed by us for language or claims we can’t host. Never the substance; the original is kept on file. Reviews describing personal use or health outcomes aren’t published. A follow-up is written by the customer themselves, after we’ve sorted something out — never a badge we award ourselves.
